Approval neededRallid drafted these shipping and return terms. Confirm or edit them before the shop takes payment.
Shipping timingRecords are expected to ship this fall. Customers receive a confirmation when their order leaves Portland.
PackagingRecords ship in protective vinyl mailers. Local pickup and larger orders can be arranged directly with the band.
ReturnsFor questions about returns or exchanges, contact the band. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, include the order number and a photo of the package so they can make it right.
